Parts of the Trans Canada Highway are open this morning, but travel's still not recommended.

It's open between Portage and Winnipeg, as of 6 last night. From Austin to Brandon, it's open, but snow-covered.

In the west, the TCH is open from Highway 10 to Highway 21.

The section between Virden and Griswold is closed. It's open from Virden to the Saskatchewan border.

Highway 13's open, as is Highway 240.

Highway 26 has now re-opened.

Highway 16 is bare to Minnedosa. After that, it's snow covered.

Highways 2 and 3 are open, but parts are snow covered.

In the Interlake, Highways 6, 7, 8, and 9 are open, with surfaces bare.

You're urged to be cautious if you have to drive today.
