The Carberry Royals and Plumas Pirates have been waiting to see who they would play and now they know.

The top-seeded Royals start their postseason run as they look to end the Cinderella story of the Minnedosa Mavericks. The Mavericks were the lowest-seeded team in the league, but upset #3 Austin in the first round with a two-game sweep. The Royals host the Mavs in game one tonight.

In the other series, fresh off of their win over the Portage Padres in a winner-take-all game three, the Neepawa Cubs travel to Plumas to take on the #2-seeded Pirates.

First pitch for both games is 7 p.m.
