Melvin Warren passed away at Portage la Prairie on Friday, September 26 at the age of 71 years

Melvin was predeceased by his loving wife Nita, his father and mother Walter and Kathleen Warren, his sister Jean, his two brothers John and Douglas and his granddaughter Gabrielle. He leaves behind his sons Michael, David, daughter Denyse, his other sons Timothy (Pam) and Michael O’Toole (Jen), and his grandchildren Rhett and Ryan Palas, Arron and Shannon O’Toole, Marcus, Malcolm, Conrad Warren, Anna Warren and Kailey O’Toole.

Viewing will be held at McKenzie's Portage Funeral Chapel on Wednesday, October 1 at from 7:00 to 8:00 pm

Funeral service will take place at St. Mary’s Anglican Church on Thursday, October 2 at 1:00 pm

Interment will follow at Boyne Creek Cemetery.

Should friends so desire, donations in memory of Melvin Warren may be made to Central Plains Cancer Care Services or Children’s Wish Foundation.
