Big smiles and cheerfulness were seen at this year’s Canada Day Celebration at the Stride Arena. Although the event was originally supposed to take place outside, that did not stop the community from having a great time. It was a memorable family day with all the activities for the kids. These include tattoos, face painting, bouncy castles, music, and so much more. Various live bands and groups were playing at the event. These local artists made the atmosphere unforgettable for all who attended Canada Day. There was even a pancake breakfast in the morning and following that was a barbeque. Everyone at the event had a great time, there is always lots of spirit in the air for Canada’s birthday. Still yet to come is the fireworks show that is happening tonight.
