While much of Eastern Canada is under a heat warning with temperatures well into the 30's for the rest of the week, southern Manitoba continues on with a cool, wet spring.

Rain was prevalent all across the region Monday evening into Tuesday and some of the totals passed 30mm. The Environment Canada forecast calls for some more light rain today with a further 5mm possible in and around Portage before things clear up overnight. Sunshine is expected Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
