It was a split for PCI last night in West Winnipeg Athletic Conference Tier 2 Basketball.

The varsity Trojans won their final regular season game of the year against Tec Voc last night. They won 77-69 and Trojans' Head Coach Janey Macdonald says it was a great game to get them set for playoffs.

"Definitely, we had a strong lead at the beginning and they went on a bit of a run. The lead kind of went back and forth a little bit, and we had some clutch shooting, clutch plays, and some really good defensive stops. Hitting our foul shots was definitely a huge factor for our win."

The varsity Saints weren't as successful, as they fell 98-41 to Tec Voc. With the loss the Saints finished the season with a 7-3 record, while Tec Voc went undefeated.

The varsity Saints and Trojans await word of their first playoff match-ups which begin next week.

The junior varsity Saints are in WWAC Tier 2 action tonight.

They host Tec Voc at PCI School, in their last regular season match-up of the year. That game is set for 5 p.m.
