There were two games in the Manitoba Junior Hockey League last night. 
The Terriers blanked the Natives 3-0 in the first game of their home and home series. 

Mike Audino, Austin Helie and Robbie Roteliuk scored Portage's goals, while Jeremy Dawes recorded an assist in his first game back from a lengthy injury.  Matt Korchmar stopped 33 shots in the shutout win.  The two teams square off again tonight in Neepawa, you can listen to the play-by-play right here on Portage online.
In last night's other affair the Saints nipped the Blues for the second night in a row, this time 4-3.  The Saints swept the home and home series, their first win came on Wednesday night, 6-5 in overtime.

In the American Hockey League the Manitoba Moose rallied from a 3-1 deficit with four unanswered goals and beat the Marlies 5-3 in Toronto. Alex Edler scored twice for the Moose while singles went to Lee Goren, Jesse Schultz and Jason Jaffray. Drew MacIntyre stopped 27 shots. Manitoba is in third place in the American Hockey League's North Division with a record of 16-13-4-4. The Moose trail second place Rochester by three points.
