Poor cell phone reception in Southport has prompted a survey.
Southport residents may have noticed a survey in the mail. The survey asks a few basic questions regarding cell phone service in the area. Southport CEO Barry Feller says cell reception is poor and it's a problem they're looking to address.
He adds the surveys are meant to guage the level of support for a change, noting they'll be talking with MTS to resolve the problem upon receiving feedback from residents.
