Portage la Prairie RCMP are looking for information that could help identify this man, seen here on surveillance camera, who stopped his vehicle in the back lane of a business located on Saskatchewan Ave E, near 3rd Street NE, in Portage la Prairie.

He was seen on January 10, shortly before 8 p.m.

The vehicle is described as a 4-door Mercedes-Benz, black in colour. The plate is partially obscured by snow and could not be identified.

This is not related to criminality. RCMP are concerned for his well-being and are asking anyone who can identify this person to please contact the Portage la Prairie RCMP at 204-768-2311.
