Update -  

The Manitoba RCMP have crossed off another suspect from their most wanted list.

James Borden, who was added to the list on January 19, has been arrested by police. 

Borden was reported to have been in Portage and was wanted for Failing to Comply with a Probation Order x3. 

The RCMP thanks the public and the media for their assistance.

The Manitoba RCMP have tacked on a new member to their most wanted list; this time, the suspect could be in Portage la Prairie. 

James Arthur Borden was added to the West District's most-wanted list on January 19. 

Borden is 41 years old, 5' 9", 171 lbs, with black hair and brown eyes. He wears a full sleeve to his right elbow and a full sleeve on his left shin. 

He has a warrant for Failing to Comply with a Probation Order x3. 

The RCMP says that you should take no action to apprehend this person yourself. 

Any information on Borden should be reported to the Portage la Prairie RCMP at 204-857-4445.
