Hazel Titus of Portage la Prairie, passed away at Portage la Prairie on July 25, 2015 at the age of 90 years

 

Hazel is survived by seven children: Brian (Joan) of Joffrey, AB; Nancy (Tony Buck) of Portage; Garth of Neepawa, MB; Sharon (Stewart Baker) of Siglavik, MB; Karen and Mike of Portage and Patty (Ken Maicher) of Sanford, MB. 16 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren

 

Funeral service will take place at McKenzie's Portage Funeral Chapel at 1:30 pm on Thursday, July 30

 

Interment will follow at Evergreen Memorial Gardens

 

Should friends so desire, donations in memory of Hazel Titus may be made to Siloam Mission in Winnipeg.
