Apparently, needing to go to the washroom "badly" is not a valid excuse to exceed the speed limit by over 100+ km/h.

At 2:43 a.m. on June 14, RCMP officers clocked a vehicle speeding at 216 km/h in a 100 zone on Highway 10 in the RM of Elton.

Police say the 43-year-old driver claimed to need to use a washroom badly. However, police seemed not to care about that excuse, as the motorist was fined $1,569 and received a serious Offence Notice for licence review with MPI.
