The PCI Trojans are in Zone 4 High School Hockey tonight.

They host Morden tonight at the PCU Centre, in their first game of the New Year. The Trojans fell 3-2 against the Pembina Tigers before the Christmas Break, and look to kick off 2016 with a win. Trojans' Head Coach Mark Essay says they didn't see any ice over the holiday, so it could be a slow start.

"I think everybody is going to be a little bit rusty. I know none of the Zone 4 team's play over the break, and practice was a little rough on Tuesday, but hopefully we can pull some things together there for sure."

Essay says it's the third time facing Morden this year, and he expects a battle tonight.

"We've played Morden twice, won one and lost one, so it comes down to who wants it more. We definitely had a bit of a blow there losing to the Tigers at the Christmas Classic, so hopefully it was a bit of a wake-up call going into the second half here."

Tonight's game starts at 7:45.
