It was a busy weekend for the Portage Minor Hockey Association's Squirt teams. It was their annual Squirt Tournament at Stride Place.

Coordinator Crystal Pritchett says the event went very smoothly over both days, and because of the Pond Hockey Championships and the ice racing on Crescent Lake, a lot of people stopped by to take in some Squirt hockey. She says all the different activities around Stride Place gave the players something to do while they weren't on the ice playing.

Sunday was wrapped up with their silent auction and 50-50 draws.
