The Central Plains Capitals look to make it two in a row, as they visit Interlake Ice tonight in Manitoba Female Midget Hockey League action for the second time 3 days.

The Caps dominated their way to a 9-1 victory over the Ice Sunday night, but Head Coach Ferdi Nelissen's still looking for a more consistent effort from the club.

"We came out and scored 5 goals in the first period, and that got us going. It tapered a little bit in the second, not that we didn't have chances, then we played a really good third again. We want them to try and -- instead of a lot of high's and low's -- try and have that nice plateau."

The Caps and Ice are set to go at 7 p.m. in Stonewall.
