The Central Plains Capitals have their first game of 2016 in the Winnipeg AAA Bantam Hockey League tonight.

The Caps look to close the game between themselves and first place Brandon Wheat Kings, as the Wheat Kings have 36 points and the Caps have 29 in second. The Capitals haven't seen regular season action since December 22nd, when they defeated the Southwest Cougars 5-2.

The Caps and Wheat Kings have met once so far this season, the Wheat Kings took that game 9-1. That game is scheduled for 7:15 p.m. at the PCU Centre.
