The 10th Annual Christmas Dinner put on by the Women of Mother Earth Network will be held once again on Christmas Day from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Trinity United Church.

"There'll be lots of food," says Organizer Angela Roulette. "Everyone's invited. Tell your friends, everybody's welcome. We might have some very special guests. I won't say who, but come out and find out. Everyone's welcome. Come laugh with us, come eat with us, come and enjoy the day."

She notes they're expecting a lot of people to attend the dinner.

"I've been saying about 100, well some of my volunteers told me last year we probably got close to 200, maybe because the church is so big, I really couldn't see that. We do try to count. Probably a 150 would be a safe number, maybe more," explains Roulette.

There's been a lot of support from the community for the dinner. Roulette would like to thank those who've helped, including volunteers and community members, especially Diamond D Auto Sales who provided a vehicle to transport food to the church.

Roulette says the dinner is a good chance for people who don't have any Christmas dinner plans to enjoy a good meal and good company.
