The Portage Terriers have received some national love for the first time this season.

The Canadian Junior Hockey League (CJHL) top 20 rankings were updated on November 27th, with the Dogs listed as an honourable mention. To this point in the season, the Terriers are 15-6-3-2, which puts them in second place in the MJHL's East Division.

Other MJHL teams on this list include the Steinbach Pistons (4), Winkler Flyers (6), Virden Oil Capitals (12), and Dauphin Kings (honourable mention).

The Portage Terriers were no strangers to the CJHL top 20 in the 2022-23 season, being listed as high as third at in November 2022.

The Terriers will look to add to their win total when they host the Waywayseecappo Wolverines at Stride Place on December 2nd. Puck drop is at 7:30 p.m.
