Are we putting to much pressure on our kids to grow up too fast? Today's teenagers are dealing with more adult-type issues than ever before.  Gordon Alvare with Teen Touch Manitoba says when he started with the organization 10 years ago, kids were calling to talk about their curfews, or friendships.  But now, he says most phone calls to the help line deal with things like depression, suicidal thoughts, drugs and alcohol, and sexual behaviour.  Alvare believes we're being too pushy in trying to get our kids to grow up too fast.  Meantime, Alvare has stepped down as executive director, he'll stay with the organization in a lesser capacity.  The new executive director is Kelly Heape.
