RCMP and First Nations Security Officers were on the scene at Dakota Tipi First Nation this morning. A home was scheduled to be demolished but the occupants of the home were preventing that from happening by refusing to leave.
PortageOnline has learned that the occupants have now left peacefully and the scheduled demolition will take place.
Hydro and water are being cut off to the home as the demolition process begins.
