You may want to take it slow on your drive to work today. Overnight snowfall means many of the regions roads are covered or partially covered with snow, and some areas are quite slippery. Environment Canada is forecasting continued snowfall throughout the day today, amounting to two to four centimetres.

Those travelling today are reminded to ensure they're giving themselves enough time to arrive at their destination, while also increasing following distance. Wind is expected to gust from 30 kilometres per hour to 50 throughout the day today, meaning visibility could also be an issue on the highway.
