Red River College in Southport is offering a new course.

 

The first instalment of the culinary arts course is already full.

Chef Ken Wettlaufer explains it is a once a week course held Wednesday night's at Arthur Meighan school.

He hopes the course will be integrated into the program offered at RRC in Winnipeg.

He adds because they started the course from the ground up he can change it to suit the needs of the students.
