It's Valley View Bible Camp Day at MCC in Portage la Prairie. Portage MCC Thrift Shop general manager Kevin Hamm says it's a privilege to work with the camp.

"Today is our second ever Valley View Bible Camp Day," explains Hamm. "We're really excited to have Michael and his crew here representing the great local work of Valley View Bible Camp. We have a great setup of great products available that people have donated for this day."

Camp program coordinator Michael Bergen says it's exciting for the camp to partner with MCC, adding the funds received will go toward summer camp programming that runs for eight weeks. MCC presented $3,000 dollars today to the camp.
