A court ruling that strikes down a Manitoba law prohibiting smoking in bars does not sit well with some First Nation leaders. Portage MLA David Faurschou says the primary concern is air quality, he believes work place safety and health should be monitoring air quality at on reserve establishments to ensure staff and patrons stay safe.
