To go along with a 5-1-0 record for the season's first month, Portage Terriers Defenceman Hayden Lacquette has been named the MJHL's best Defenceman for September.
Lacquette, who came to the Portage last season from Dauphin, earned this honour by putting up an impressive 8 points, 2 Goals and 6 Assists in 6 games for the Terriers last month.

Lacquette and the Terriers will look to keep building on their sensational start on Tuesday when Portage travels to Winnipeg to take on the Blues.
