The Portage Islanders are back in action tonight in the South Eastern Manitoba Hockey League. They will be on the road taking on the Warren Mercs. The last time the two teams met, the Isles came away with a 5-4 victory. Portage is coming off their first regulation loss of the season in their last outing, a 5-3 loss at the hands of the Notre Dame Hawks.

The Mercs are on a three-game winning streak, all of which have been wins by four goals or more. They sit third in the standings, just three points back of the league-leading Islanders.

Puck drop is set for 8:00 pm.
