Hockey Manitoba Provincials for players in the U18 categories and below are over for another year. Portage la Prairie hosted two very successful U11 events, the female category at the end of February and the co-ed category the weekend of March 2nd.

This past weekend, the U13 Portage Terriers competed in the Co-ed event in Morden and skated away with a bronze medal after taking out one of their season rivals, the Winkler Flyers. Coincidentally, the Junior A Terriers, who start playoffs in just over a week, also look to be heading toward a first-round date with Winkler as well.
