That's from Craig Finnie of Finnie-Wishart Farms Limited north of Portage. He says they finished seeding just the other day and are looking to be in pretty good shape.

Finnie notes the rain we're currently receiving comes at the perfect time, adding while the little bit of rain we received last weekend did help a little, it wasn't quite enough.
