With the holidays in full swing, Portage la Prairie is bringing back a contest designed to make our city shine.
The City of Portage la Prairie’s 2023 Holiday Lights Contest is underway, with the winner receiving a gift package. All you have to do is decorate your home and register on the holiday tour map to enter.
The deadline for entries is Wednesday, December 13th. Judging will then take place to determine a top five, followed by a public vote between December 15-19.
As of December 8th, there are already 12 entries in the contest.
On the city’s website, you can find an interactive map of all the different houses and businesses that are participating in the contest.
