The Central Plains Capitals host Interlake in Manitoba AAA Midget hockey tonight.

The Caps are 4-1 in their last 5, winning their last game 3 nothing over 3rd place Yellowhead. Capitals' Head Coach Darren Durdle says they can't go into tonight's game expecting a win.

"There are no easy wins, so playing for 60 minutes, everybody competing hard and battling doing the right things. We've been doing a lot of little things right, and those things turn into wins a lot of the time if you're playing the right way. Hopefully we can come out this weekend -- our last weekend before Christmas Break -- and we can have 2 good games, and hopefully 2 wins."

The Capitals and Lightning are set for 8 p.m. at the BDO Centre.
