It's Friday, and a P.D. day for kids in school. So, the Portage Regional Library's holding a special afternoon for kids to watch a movie, make crafts, and play with Lego.

"In the afternoon we've got a movie," says program coordinator Lori Mackedenski. "It's viewers' choice. Two movies are celebrating their 20th anniversary this year. (This will make you feel old.) Hercules and Anastasia. You might remember seeing those in the theatre. When people phone in to register for that, the kids get to vote on which one they'd rather see."

The movie takes place between 1:30 and 3:00 p.m., and is for all ages.

Then at 4:30 there's a time called Crafter-Lego-Noon where kids aged 6 to 12 have the choice to do some Easter and spring-themed crafts and play with Lego, or do both.
