Miranda Moroz has taken on the role of Media Programmer at the Fort la Reine Museum.

"I look at our analytics on our website and our social media, and I look at who we're connecting with," says Moroz. "I try to make social media posts for Instagram, Facebook and Twitter, or other social medias that would appeal to the large demographic that we're appealing to right now through our website. I make videos for our Youtube channel and promote those through social media as well. We're just trying to get more people, in an eye-catching way, on social media and on the internet."

Moroz first started working at the Museum alongside her mother Tracy when she was around 15-years-old and has been working there ever since.

"I started volunteering, then started tour guiding and now I'm doing the media and it's very enjoyable for me," says Moroz. "We've got a great season coming up at the museum. We've got three touring exhibitions, one from Musée du Fjord called Panache, one from the Canadian War Museum called Fighting in Flanders, and one from the Anne Frank house in Amsterdam called 'A History for Today'."

She adds it's going to be a really exciting season and hopes to see you out this year.
