The Arborg-Bifrost Fire and Rescue Department is hoping to get some feedback from community members this month. Jeff Pearce is a volunteer deputy with the department and says they've set up a survey to find out how the community feels about the Fire Service, Pearce notes they'd like input from folks on what they're looking for and if they think the Fire Service is going in the right direction. He says they're also hoping the survey will raise awareness about the department and the type of rescues they can do or the equipment they may need to provide some of those services.

Pearce adds May 31st is the deadline for the surveys to be turned in. He notes at the moment they haven't received much response and they would definitely like to hear from as many community members as possible. Pearce says you can access the survey on the town's website or on the Arborg-Bifrost Fire Department's website, adding printed copies are also available at the town office.
