The Trojans downed the Garden Valley Zodiacs 11-3 this morning.

They now move on to the semi-finals and play the NPC Nighthawks this afternoon at 1:45.

 

***May 12th, 2017****

The Trojans are 2-0 at the WC Miller Aces' Baseball Tournament. 

They won their second round robin match 13-0 over Saskatchewan's Notre Dame Hounds. 

PCI plays Saturday morning at 8:30 against Zone 4 rival Garden Valley. If the Trojans win they'll play again in the semifinal in the afternoon.

 

****May 11th, 2017****

The Trojans won their opening game of the WC Miller Aces' Baseball Tournament Thursday night.

Chance Dickenson picked up the win on the mound in their 13-1 win over Pilot Mound. He pitched four innings and the Trojans won by mercy rule in the fifth.

They face Saskatchewan's Notre Dame Hounds at 4:15.

The Portage Collegiate Institute (PCI) Trojans are in tournament action this weekend in Altona.

The WC Miller Aces Baseball Tournament kicks off today and PCI's first match of the tournament at 5:45 p.m.

"Best case scenario we'll get a lot of games in, and a lot of at-bats. We're really looking forward to this weekend," says head coach Jay Dewis. "Last year it was snowing for this so we're hoping for some good ball weather for a change."

The Trojans face Pilot Mound today. They're up against Notre Dame from Saskatchewan tomorrow.
