The Portage Terriers play their first home game of the post season tonight, when they host the Selkirk Steelers at Stide Place at 6:30 pm. The Terriers have a 1-0 lead in the best of 7 quarter final matchup and are coming off a 3-2 triple overtime win on Friday. Josh Martin scored a pair of goals in that game including the winner. Brock Aiken played stellar in net, making 45 saves. For full details CLICK HERE.

Portage's power play didn't have a lot of opportunities to get going on Friday and were a dismal 0-3. Terrier head coach and GM Blake Spiller was happy though with the few chances that his team gave up, but they need to increase their pressure.

"I thought we were pretty good today away from the puck. Our forecheck could have been a little bit better. I think we needed to get a little bit harder on things."

The game tonight will be broadcast on CFRY and Portageonline.com with the pregame show starting at 6:20 pm.
