The Portage Terriers look to even the series with the Winkler Flyers tonight in MJHL hockey.

The Terriers and Flyers met for the Terriers' Teddy Bear Toss night, where the Flyers won 5-3. Terriers' Head Coach Blake Spiller says they need to be ready for the speedy Flyers' offense.

"Well they're a really quick team. So we need to be sure that we're going to limit their speed through the neutral zone, and hopefully get the pucks where we want them, and out work them in the areas we want."

Terriers' forward Chase Brakel says they need to carry their momentum on from the win over Dauphin.

"I think we're just going to have to keep working like we did in that 3rd period. We were really hard to play against, we were finishing our checks and that's the team we are. We'll beat them if we stick with our game-plan. Get the puck to the net and finish our checks on them and we should be good."

The Terriers and Flyers face-off at 7:30 p.m. You can listen live on CFRY of Portage Online with the pre-game show starting at 7:20 p.m.
