The Portage Terriers would give up the first goal yesterday afternoon at Stride Place, but rallied back to defeat the Neepawa Natives 3-1.

Carter Barley and Reece Henry each found the back of the net and Koby Morrisseau added an empty netter. Noah Giesbrecht stopped 23 of the 24 shots he faced to earn the win.

The Terriers are now only four points back of the first-place Steinbach Pistons with a game in hand. Portage's next game is tomorrow night when they welcome Neepawa again. Game time is set for 7:30 p.m.
