Team Canada's had a successful week at the World Senior Curling Championships in Sweden.

Team Canada's Men sit in first place in their pool with a perfect 8-0 record, while the Women's team is 7-1, and are second to England in their pool. The Women defeated Latvia this morning to finish off round robin play, while the Men knocked off Finland yesterday 10-1. Men's 3rd Dean Moxham says their hard work and determination is paying off.

"Well we had a really great game this morning against Finland. Every body played quite well, and we feel we're putting the right time in and the right amount of work in to be ready."

Team Canada's Men had 1 match of round robin play this morning at 1 a.m. Moxham says it's basically a tune up game for playoffs.

"We're guaranteed to go on to the quarter finals at this moment. We're just not sure where we're going to land just yet."

Canada beat Israel in that game 10-1.

The Women have moved on to the 2 vs 3 quarter final.
