Portage FC tied with Lorette yesterday in their first Thursday night game of the U15 Boys Indoor Rec Soccer season.

After a scoreless first half on both sides, Portage's Lane Donald scored the first goal of the game thirteen minutes into the second half. Lorette tied things near the end of the half bringing the final score to 1-1.

Coach Jerry Lupkowski shares his comments on the game.

"The guys passed and they played a very disciplined game, and so did Lorette. Our goaltender was outstanding, Rodrigo [Rodriguez] made many really great saves. It was a fun game to watch, very exciting. Our guys tried hard and did well. Couldn't ask too much more out of them."

Portage heads back to the field on Sunday to meet West Saint Paul.
