The PCI Saints (9-3) were scheduled to host Springfield (10-1-1) today in Winnipeg Women's High School Hockey, but the Sabres aren't able to make the trip to Portage la Prairie.

The Saints are riding an eight-game winning streak, and their last loss came at the hands of Springfield November second in Springfield. "It would've been another big win to send a message heading into Christmas that it's going to come down to the wire for the top four spots in our division," says Clark-Gillespie. "Those are two teams, Fort Richmond and Springfield, who we lost to at the beginning of the season. So we want to send a message that we're a greatly improved team from the beginning of October."

The Sabres are three points ahead of the Saints in second place. No word on when the game will be rescheduled. Their next game is on Monday in Winnipeg.
