This past weekend Prairie Fire U-15 Orange attended the volleyball Nationals held in Regina.

They returned home as bronze winners of Division 3, Tier 2.

Saturday was the preliminary round, with three games. Prairie Fire fell to Stars Red from BC, 25-8 25-16.

In their second game, they won against Purple Storm, SK, 25-14, 25-17.

The third game saw them lose in three sets, winning the first set 25-22, then losing next two, 25-23 & 15-9.

In Sunday's Power Pool games, U-15 Prairie Fire won all three sets in the first game, 25-7, 29-31, then 17-15 against JBH Strikers (SK).

In the second game it was 25-23, 26-24 against Joust VB Club (MB).

The third game against Fog Fire (AB) saw scores of 25-15, 23-25, & 9-15 for the win.

Heading into the quarter-finals Monday morning against Melfort Storm (SK), Prairie fire won both sets 25-23, 25-20.

In the semi-finals against ACVC Reign White (AB), Prairie Fire lost very close sets, 26-24 & 26-24.
