The Portage Islanders have a chance to close out their South Eastern Manitoba Hockey League best-of-5 series with a win over Winkler tonight.

The Islanders lead the series 2-1, after Monday's 6-5 overtime victory. Portage's GM Jeremy Brooks says Winkler's goaltending has been outstanding all series, and will be the key factor tonight.

"They're a good team over there. Their goaltending has been crazy good the last few games, and every game has been close -- a couple of bounces here or there -- each game could've went either way. Last game I think we got about 70 shots on Krahn, and couldn't really find a way to beat him. So I think that's going to be key for this game."

The Islanders are offering a discount to anyone with a Portage Terriers ticket stub for tonight's game. Brooks is encouraging everyone to come and support the club.

"I think it's going to be a good opportunity for people that haven't had a chance to come and check out to see what our team is all about. I think it will be a great opportunity for people that will be at the Terriers game to come and see our game at a discounted price."

Game 4 between the Islanders and Royals is tonight at Portage Mutual Arena at 8 p.m.
