The Morden Redskins doubled up the Portage Islanders 6-3 tonight in the South Eastern Manitoba Hockey League.

The Islanders were down 2-1 after the first, thanks to a goal from AJ Spiller half-way through the first.

Portage managed to keep things close in the second, tying the game at 3 heading into the final frame. Tyler Harland and Tanner Waldvogel each netted a goal for the Islanders in the period.

The third was all Morden though, as they added 3 more to put the game out of reach. The Islanders are off until next Friday when they host Warren.
