There was a full slate of High School sports last night.

In Zone 7 soccer, the MacGregor boy's and girl's soccer clubs were in action last night. The boys remain undefeated at 6-0 after their 6-1 win over Neepawa. Mustangs' Jason Wiebe and Lane Donald led the way with two goals each. The MacGregor Girls suffered their first loss since September 27th after losing 2-1 to Neepawa. Shailynn Boschman scored the only goal for the Mustangs.

The Westpark Royals needed 5 sets to knock off the Miami Marlins in Zone 4 high school volleyball in Miami. The Royals next game is Thursday when they host Elm Creek.

PCI's junior varsity volleyball teams were in West Winnipeg Athletic Conference action last night. Both the Saints and Trojans managed to take out the Stonewall Rams in straight sets. The JV clubs are back in action Thursday when they head to Winnipeg to face Vincent Massey.

The Varsity clubs are in Winnipeg to face Vincent Massey in the West Winnipeg Athletic Conference. The Saints are undefeated so far this season and are ranked 4th in the province. The Trojans are 3-1 heading into tonight's match.  Trojans' Layne Coltart says they need to adapt to their opponents, which isn't too difficult.

"Judge the field. A lot of the time when we have time-outs Mr. Shackleton will tell us 'you have to watch the middle' or 'they're opening certain areas'. We're very good at placing it wherever we need to."

The Trojans are at 5 p.m. and the Saints are at 6:30.

PCI's Grade 9 teams are in Zone 4 High School action tonight. Both the Trojans and Saints visit Garden Valley for exhibition play. The Trojans are first at 5:30 p.m. the Saints follow at 7.
