Looking to watch some hockey in the Lundar region?

You're in luck, the Capital Region Junior Hockey League is back and they're holding a tournament this weekend to kick it all off.

This is a showcase tournament so these games will not count toward the team's regular-season totals. The purpose is to get fans excited for the Junior B hockey season that is less than a week away.

All five teams will be attending this tournament in Lundar, each playing two games.

The action kicks off tonight at 8:00 with the host Falcons taking on the Arborg Ice Dogs. Lundar gets the day off on Saturday as the other four teams battle it out. However, they will also close out the showcase on Sunday at 6:00 p.m. as they will face off against the North Winnipeg Satellites.

Admission is $8 per game.
