Central Plains' Midget Clubs split their road games Sunday.

The Caps fell 2-0 to Yellowhead in Manitoba Female Midget Hockey League action. The Chiefs won yesterday's meeting at the BDO Centre with an empty net goal, and the Caps' trouble scoring is costing them closer games. They're back in action Saturday when they host Interlake.

In Manitoba AAA Midget Hockey, Central Plains won 6-3 over Southwest. The Caps went 2-0 this weekend after dropping Yellowhead 3-2 Friday, and are now on a 4 game win streak. The Caps currently sit in 4th place with 19 points, 1 point back of the third place Thrashers.

The Midget Caps host Pembina Valley Wednesday night at the PCU Centre. Get all the stats from their games over the weekend here.
