The manager of the Sandy Bay water treatment facility likes the recent partnership between Red River College and First Nations to educate the people on water and waste water treatment operation.  

With an aging staff, Wesley Roulette identifies a demand for operators in the area.  He admits the plant could face a crisis if staff levels aren't replenished, but at the moment he's staying positive, hoping the youth in the area enter the field.  

Roulette expects the current staff to last atleast ten years but by that time he hopes to see younger faces working in the plant.  

His immediate concern deals with staff shortages when holidays are issued.
