The shooting that took place in the early hours of last Saturday morning at a Royal Road North residence is still under investigation.

"There's still a of work lot to do," explains RCMP Sgt. Paul Manaigre, media relations officer. "The investigation is still ongoing. But at this time we can confirm that one of the suspects has been apprehended and is now in police custody. We were looking for two suspects, and at this point in time Gary McIvor has been located and is in police custody."

Mateo Roulette is still at large. Menaigre says they're putting information around the community that he's wanted, and tips often come in through social media. Information is also collected on the ground that usually leads to locations where suspects may be found.

Menaigre adds if you see Roulette, the best step is to inform the RCMP of his whereabouts and they'll follow-up.

He notes McIvor turned himself in to the police in Winnipeg last night.

Menaigre adds both victims in the hospital are now in stable condition.
