Team Toba captured two medals in speedskating Wednesday at the 2023 Canada Winter Games in Prince Edward Island.

Sofia Bieber won gold in the women's 500-metre race. 

Bieber, Robyn Salie, Lindsay Smart and Sylar Van Horne then captured silver in the women's team pursuit.

Manitoba's medal count is four with one gold and three silver. 

Female Curling: Manitoba defeated Yukon 8-5 and improved to 2-2.

Ringette: Manitoba lost 7-2 to Alberta and finished the round robin with a 1-2 record. 

Wheelchair Basketball: Team Toba defeated Ontario 65-35. 

Freestyle Ski: Mae Fulton finished 8th and Dylan Fiske was 13th in female slopestyle.
