The PCI Trojans came up short tonight in their match with the Garden Valley Zodiacs. The Zodiacs jumped on a depleted Trojans team and took the game by a score of 10-3. Head coach Brendan Schaan indicated that he thought the final score didn't tell the whole story.

"I think that score doesn't really represent how the boys played today,"  says Schaan.  "I think they didn't quit and they played a decent 60 minutes."

Schaan notes that running with a smaller roster of twelve players due to injury, certainly made this loss a tough one.

"With twelve players you're bound to get a little tired and fatigue will set in and there's going to be some mental errors and that's kind of what happened there. I think for that being the last game before the break here I think they knew they had to put it all on the line and the twelve guys that showed up played decent hockey."

The Trojans will be looking forward to the time off as that will hopefully allow their depleted roster to heal up and get ready for the New Year.

The Trojans will not play again until after the Christmas break.
